The main frame, cabin and side wall are welded as a whole structure, the complete machine is composed of support and locking device, coupler and buffer device, power transmission system, disc brake and pneumatic system, work travel hydraulic system, high speed traveling system, high-speed traveling electrical system, work travel electrical system, etc. The power system is mainly composed of two power bogie and two sets of power units. Both the self-propelled speed and the towed speed of the vehicle are 0-160 km/h, the work units consist of lift rotating work platform, elevated work bucket, wire position device and catenary detecting device, etc.

  • GCX-1000 track snow removal machine, being a scientific research tendering project of the Science and Technology Division, MOR of P.R.C., is won by KCRC. Winning a fully independent intellectual property right in key technologies, it is used to sweep snow on the surface of a railway track to ensure the failure-free operations of railway trains, or the high-speed trains in particular.

    It is strongly adaptive to various working conditions, even during the night and in cold weather conditions with the super elevation of the working surface and a slope up to 180mm and 2000m respectively. With snow density of less than or equal to 250kg/m³, its working capacity can reach as much as 10000m³/h, at a working speed of 0~55km/h.

    Besides, it can also serve as a track tractor, with the towing capacity up to 240t of freights on straight lines at a high self-propelled speed of 100km/h.

    What is more, along with its development and production, GCX-1000 track snow removal machine not only makes breakthrough on multiple technological levels, including snow removal method for complex surfaces, the snow blowing technology for transponders and the key technology of a low-temperature cold-start, but also overcomes the difficulties in improving the efficiency and the machine’s towing capacity.

  • TX-65 track sewage suction machine, a kind of track cleaning train independently developed by KCRC, acquires fully independent intellectual property rights in key technologies.   • HFX constant-tension catenary stringing machine can be used to erect the OCS wire and carrier cable separately or simultaneously to make the stringing tension change within the set value range and keep it relatively constant. It is equipped with both automatic and electronic tension control system, and has a stringing speed between 0 km/h and 6 km/h. The take-off function also enables it to be towed, with speeded up to 120 km/h.
